With 18 years of experience in education, sport coaching and administration, community development and team performance, I created the Human First Playbook to empower leaders and teams to thrive through clarity, rhythm, and accountability. My approach is rooted in the belief that when people feel seen, supported, and strengthened, performance follows. I’ve worked with leaders and teams across industries to build cultures where humanity and results go hand in hand.
